You are exchanging your core for a professionally rebuilt fuel distributor. Rebuilds are performed by skilled technicians with processes and equipment similar to what Bosch originally used. All units are disassembled, cleaned inside and out, carefully rebuilt and reassembled. All rebuilt units are bench / flow tested before shipment. We don’t sell rebuild kits for fuel distributors, because most individuals and shops lack the equipment and process knowledge to perform this specialized job.

Shipping Instructions:
Please remove all fuel hose/line fittings from your fuel distributor and hang on to them. There is an extra charge if we remove the fittings.  Drain the part of all fuel and place it in a sealed bag or container, then pack the sealed part into a sturdy box. Make sure the part cannot move around inside the box. Write your order number on outside of box and send postage prepaid to:

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
