Distributor Rebuild Kit BR18
This rebuild kit is for the cast iron Bosch® distributor BR18 used in the Porsche 356A and 356B models, 1960-63.

Includes: distributor shaft seal, point protector, point block, insulator washer, points bolt, shaft shims, shaft bronze thrust washer, fiber end float shim, wicking felt for the points cam, advance springs, cap, rotor, points, and condensor.  

This kit is for professional use; by purchasing this kit you ascertain that you, the installer have the equipment and the knowledge to correctly install these parts. Partsklassik will not be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of this kit. It is up to the installer to ascertain if this kit is right for your application.

Distributor rebuild instructions and/or diagrams are not included. If you feel you need instructions or lack the necessary tools, please send your distributor in to us for a restoration service.

We do not offer partial kits, but we do have many individual parts for Bosch and Marelli distributors used on Porsche models.

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
