Exchange your Bosch "077" for a professionally rebuilt unit. The 077 is used on Porsche 911SC models produced from 8/79 thru 8/83. This is an exchange service and we must receive your number-matching, rebuildable core before shipping a rebuilt part. Our fuel distributors have been rebuilt by skilled technicians using equipment and processes like the ones originally used by Bosch. All rebuilt units are bench / flow tested before shipment.

We don’t sell rebuild kits for fuel distributors, because most individuals and shops lack the equipment and process knowledge to perform this specialized job.

Rebuilt fuel distributors carry a 1 year repair warranty from time of purchase. Warranty is voided if you do not properly clean your fuel system before install.

Shipping Instructions:
Please remove all hose/line fittings and hang on to them, because the rebuilt unit does not include fittings. There is an extra charge if we have to remove them here. Drain your part of all fuel. Place the part in a sealed container and pack the sealed part carefully into a sturdy box, ensuring that the part cannot move around inside the box. Write your order number on outside of box and send postage-paid to:

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:

 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
