Your warm up regulator will be professionally rebuilt using specialized equipment and techniques based on the original Bosch manufacturing process. All units are fully disassembled and cleaned thoroughly inside and out. Components are then rebuilt by skilled technicians and bench / flow tested. Please note that not all cores are rebuildable.
We do not sell rebuild kits for these CIS components due to the skills, knowledge, and equipment required to restore them properly.
Includes a 12 month repair-only warranty. You must clean out your fuel system prior to installation, or repairs will not be covered. Please be sure you are using the correct warm up regulator and fuel distributor part numbers on your vehicle. CIS injection issues are often a result of using incorrect components for the year/model. We have digital programmable WURs available if you do not have a numbers-matching core.
After checking out, please remove any fuel line fittings from the WUR, and hang onto those. There is an extra charge if we have to remove them here. Drain the part of all fuel, and place it in a sealed bag or container. Then wrap the part carefully to avoid damage, pack it into a sturdy box, and send it postage pre-paid to the address below. Please write your online order number on the outside of the box.
