This is an exchange for a number-matching, rebuilt WUR. We must receive your core before we send the rebuilt unit. Exchange turnaround is usually a few business days. If we have to rebuild the one you send due to availability or other reasons, the turnaround is typically 4-6 weeks.

Our rebuilt warm up regulators and fuel distributors have been thoroughly cleaned inside and out, then rebuilt by specialized technicians. Processes and tooling are based on Bosch's original manufacturing methods. All units are bench / flow tested to ensure operation within factory specs.

To order the service, place this listing in your cart, check out, and ship your well packed core to the address below.  Please remove any fuel line fittings, and hang onto those. There is an extra charge if we remove them here. Drain the part of all fuel, and place into a sealed bag or container. Pack the part carefully to avoid damage, and write your order number on the outside of the box for fastest processing.

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
