1980 Porsche 930 Ignition Wire Set, Shielded

Product Description:

Shielded Ignition Wire Set or Spark Plug Wire Set
Originally used with the 6 or 8 pin CDI box on 1977-83 Porsche 911SC, and 1975 thru 1994 Porsche 930. This wire set has an increased resistance in the plug connectors and distributor cap connection. The cables are also shielded to reduce electrical noise so as not to interfere with the CDI box's trigger circuit. The total resistance value of this wire set is 4000 Ohms +/-10% 

Beru's manufacturing has been releasing this product with distributor cap connectors that do not fit. This set has our upgraded 1K cap connectors installed that do actually fit the distributor cap correctly.

The company was founded in Ludwigsburg, Germany, in 1912 by engineer Julius Behr. It began as a manufacturer of ignition-system components during the early years of the auto industry. The company name BERU is derived from BEhr + RUndfunk, reflecting both the founder’s surname and the company’s early involvement in electrical technologies.

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a distributor spring, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
