 All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee with the exception of warranty or wrong parts received. You must inspect your order immediately upon receiving it, any shortages or wrong parts must be reported to Partsklassik within 5 days of you receiving the order. There will be no returns after 30 days of purchase.  No returns will be accepted for customer damaged or misused items. Special order parts are not returnable. You must obtain an RMA number from us before returning your item, you must obtain the RMA by phone. Requests for an RMA number via Email will not be answered, as we cannot guarantee that any email will reach its intended recipient  All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, orders shipped freight collect will be refused. This policy is non negotiable and will be strictly enforced. If you have questions about a part please ask us first before purchasing, returns are expensive for everyone, we incur bank charges and other non refundable fees in the general course of processing your order, these fees and costs are not refundable to us therefore we must charge a restocking fee. 

CORE RETURNS: If you are returning a core that you were charged for, the core must be complete and re-build-able. Unless you have organized it directly with us before hand, the core must be a like for like with matching part numbers. If the core returned is incomplete, you will be returned a partial core value less the missing parts, if the missing parts are irreplaceable we will contact you to work out how to resolve the core return.
Please include a copy of the invoice with the core charge. No cores will be accepted after 30 days. You will be issued a check so please include your current mailing address if different from invoice. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, cores shipped freight collect will be refused. Please take care in packaging your parts, pack so they are protected and sealed if they smell or leak. Core Returns can take up to 30 Days to process, as we have to inspect components internally and externally. Cores that are not approved will be returned to the original owner at their expense unless directed otherwise by the owner. 
As of 01/01/2018 there will be a 10% surcharge to use on of our cores, the 10% will be taken from your core deposit. This fee is to cover the cost of increased credit card processing fees and is non negotiable. We prefer that you send us your core before we send out a part, that way we avoid the fees involved with core charges and you will save the 10% handling fee.
