All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.
Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
- Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
- Is not sellable as new
- Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
- Is an electrical part, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
- Was purchased more than 30 days earlier
Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All
returns must be shipped prepaid.
