Rebuild Service for YOUR Bosch Warm Up Regulator 008
Send your Bosch 0438.140.008 in for restoration.
The “008”was used on some early CIS 911 models.
Check the Bosch number on top of WUR before ordering.
Turnaround is 4-8 weeks depending on backlog.

If you don’t have a good 008 core to restore, we have new digital WURs for the 911. (Some early CIS cars will need our adapter kit to use the new digital WUR.)

Your unit will be restored by trained professional technicians with equipment and processes similar to what Bosch originally used. Rebuilt units carry a one-year repair-only warranty from time of delivery. Warranty requires full clean-out of fuel system prior to installation.

After checking out, please remove any fuel line fittings from your WUR and hang onto them. There is an extra charge if we have to remove them here. Drain the part of all fuel, and place it in a sealed bag or container. Then wrap the part carefully to avoid damage, and send it postage pre-paid to the address below. Please write your online order number on the outside of the box.

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
