The 002 model is the same; ask us for availability.

Please send us your rebuildable "004" core first.
Remove threaded fuel line fittings, as shown in photo.
Check your distributor's builder's plate to confirm Bosch number.

The “004” is used on some Porsche 1973.5 - 74 CIS 911 models.
It uses push on fittings.

Our fuel distributors are rebuilt by skilled technicians with processes and equipment similar to what Bosch originally used. All rebuilt units are flow tested before shipment. We don’t sell rebuild kits for fuel distributors, because most individuals and shops lack the equipment and process knowledge to perform this specialized job.

Rebuilt units carry a one year repair warranty; requires that your fuel system be properly cleaned before installation.

We must receive your number-matching core before we ship the rebuilt part. We will accept either 0438.100.004 or 0438.100.002 as exchanges because they are the same fuel distributor.

Shipping Instructions:
Please remove all hose/line fittings and hang on to them. There is an extra charge for removing fuel line fittings. Drain your core of all fuel, and place it in a sealed bag or container. Then carefully pack the sealed part in a sturdy box and ensure that it cannot move around inside the box. Write your order number on the outside of the box and ship postage prepaid to:

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
