Throttle Cross Bar Kit,
Weber and Zenith* Carburetors
Cross Bar Kit, Weber and Zenith* 3-Barrel Carbs
Includes the reverse lever, pull rod from reverse lever to crossbar, two drop down links from the crossbar to carburetor and two pivot brackets that bolt to the intake manifold with included pivot balls.

*Please Note, when using with Zenith 40TIN carburetors: The original cross bar is no longer available from Porsche, and when using this aftermarket cross bar assembly on cars that are running the Zenith 40 TIN carburetors you will need to make the following changes due to the shape of the bar not being the same as the original.

1. When assembling the ball sockets onto the crossbar at the carburetor end, you will need to space out the ball socket by adding an additional nut to the ball stud before installing and tightening it to the cross bar. This will better position the drop down link so that it is directly above the ball stud on the carburetor linkage.

2. The cross bar preload must be correctly set, otherwise the bar will move back and forth. Refer to the factory manual for more details on this.

3. The drop down linkages must be adjusted to be as long as possible without interfering with the air filter cans; this will position the cross bar arms to be as high as possible.

4. The cross bar may still need to be modified slightly if you are unable to get full throttle because the linkage is hitting the accelerator pump rod. If this is necessary, mark the linkage where it is hitting the carburetor. Using a small die grinder or angle grinder, carefully remove only as much material as needed to allow the carburetors to reach full throttle. Treat the bare metal with clear lacquer to prevent rust.

5. Finally, adjust the remaining throttle linkages and ensure that the throttle action is smooth and does not bind anywhere through the entire operating range.

If you are uncomfortable with any of these instructions, we suggest that you take the vehicle to an experienced mechanic to install these parts for you. The parts cannot be returned after you have modified them.

Modified High Volume Engine Oil Pump 1978-83, for Exchange Oil Pump Exchange
High Volume Rebuilt Oil Pump, 1978-83
Aluminum Body, 4 Rib

This is an Exchange. Please send in your core first.

This rebuilt pump has undergone a complete housing polish and throating operation. This significantly increases the flow rates, so much so that the oil system in the case must be modified to prevent it filling with too much oil. For details of the required modification, please email us or speak to the machine shop doing the case work.

The pump housings are also machined to close the end clearances, correcting for normal wear and tear. The gears are cleaned, media tumbled, inspected and replaced if required. They are then coated to improve the running life of the gear.

This pump will fit Porsche® 911SC 3.0L models, 1978-83. We have also found these pumps installed in some earlier 911 engines. Please make sure your pump matches the picture, as we must receive a like-for-like core unless you contact us in advance to make other arrangements.

Not all cores are rebuildable. Pumps that are damaged beyond repair cannot be accepted for exchange. We typically need several days to inspect and confirm your core, and this varies with shop workload and the core's condition.

Please drain your pump, seal it in a bag or container, and pack it carefully into a sturdy box. Send it to us at:
