Product Description:

High Volume Rebuilt Oil Pump 1983-89
Aluminum Body with Attached Screen SENT IN

This rebuilt pump has undergone complete housing polish and throating operations which significantly increase the pump's flow rates, so much so that the oil system in the case will have to be modified to prevent the case from filling with too much oil. For details of the required case modification please email us or speak to the machine shop doing the case machine work.

Our pump housings have also been machined to close the end clearances to correct for normal wear and tear. Gears have been cleaned, media tumbled, inspected and replaced if required, then coated to improve the running life of the gear.

This pump will fit Porsche® 1983 3.0L 911SC models from engine numbers 63D4070, 64D3717, 63D8155, and 67D0712, as well as the 1984-89 3.2L 911 models. We have also found these pumps installed in some earlier model engines, this is not a problem of function or fit. However, please make sure yours matches the picture.

Please send us your pump first. We must receive a like for like pump, If your pump is different from the one in the picture please contact us first to discuss your options. Pumps that are damaged beyond repair will be charged a core fee.
