BERU was the Original Equipment Manufacturer for many Porsche ignition components. Beru often provides the same top quality parts as Genuine Porsche brand, usually at a lower price.

The company was founded in Ludwigsburg, Germany, in 1912 by engineer Julius Behr. It began as a manufacturer of ignition-system components during the early years of the auto industry. The company name BERU is derived from BEhr + RUndfunk, reflecting both the founder’s surname and the company’s early involvement in electrical technologies.

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a distributor spring, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
