This is a restoration of your ignition distributor for Porsche 930 3.3L models,1978-80 using Bosch distributor number 0.237.302.009. Please note that several Bosch models were used in this time period, so check the Bosch number on the outside of your distributor before ordering.

Your ignition distributor will be completely disassembled, media blasted, and polished. We install all new bushings, shims, springs, seals, cap, and rotor. Distributors are rebuilt to factory specs, with vertical and lateral play set within acceptable limits. Your rebuilt unit is tested using a Sun machine, and actual curves / specs are printed and provided to you.

New replacement gears, magnetic windings, and cap hold-down clips are available at additional charge.

Note:  Not all cores are rebuildable. Parts that are not mentioned above may not be repairable or replaceable, or may require additional work at an added cost. This restoration service does not include repair / replacement of the vacuum can. If your vacuum can is not re-usable, we will contact you. This distributor uses a double-pull vacuum can, which is difficult to find used and hasn't been available new for quite some time.

We will need your distributor for about 4 weeks on average. Actual turnaround time will depend on the condition of core and shop workload.

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
