Bosch WR5DC spark plug
Bosch discontinued the original W5DC spark plug in 10/2007. Bosch has replaced almost all of their copper electrode spark plugs with resistor style plugs like this one. Resistor style spark plugs are required when using DME, (digital Fuel injection), because the electrical impulses from the ignition system can and will interfere with the sensors used on most electronically fuel injected engines.

We don’t recommend using resistor style plugs with CDI systems. Our research has shown that you get the most from your CDI when you use the factory specified resistance values on the plug wire connectors, the rotor, and the cap to coil wire.

The WR5DC plug is appropriate for a high compression electronically fuel injected engine that is running a TCI or other type of inductive ignition system, where you require a spark plug with a "5" heat range.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
