Restoration Service for YOUR Bosch® 3.2L Ignition Distributor
Send your Bosch® distributor 0.237.505.001 to us for restoration.
This distributor is for the Porsche® 911 3.2L models 1984-89.

Your ignition distributor will be completely disassembled, media blasted, and polished. All new bushings and shim kit are installed, along with a new spring package. The restoration also includes new cap, rotor, hardware, and shaft seal. We ensure that vertical and lateral play are within acceptable levels, and that the distributor performs to factory specifications. The rebuilt unit is tested on our Sun machine, and test results / curves are printed and included in the box.

Not all cores are rebuildable. Damaged cores may require machining and/or parts not included in this service; if that is the case we will contact you. Drive gears are available for an additional charge if yours needs to be replaced. This is a thorough restoration, and we will need your distributor for 4-5 weeks on average to complete the work. Actual turnaround times depend on the condition of all parts and shop workload.

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
