Steering Shaft Bushing
Originally used in the Porsche 928 models, but can also used on the 1974-89 Porsche 911 and 930 to fix a worn top steering shaft bearing.

The original bearings used by Porsche have a plastic inner race that contacts the steering shaft. When the plastic fails, the steering shaft will move up and down while you are driving. Usually the top bearing itself is in good shape and it is just the plastic portion that has failed. Replacing the top bearing is a 4-6 hour operation as the steering shaft assembly needs to be removed. By installing the bushing, you can eliminate the movement in the wheel and it usually will only take about 15 mins to do so.

All returns require pre-approval. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of approved warranty returns, or if we ship a different part number than ordered. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Inspect your order immediately when it arrives. We must be notified within 5 days if there are any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Returns (except warranty) won't be accepted if the part:
 - Has been installed, used, damaged, is dirty or incomplete
 - Is not sellable as new
 - Arrived in sealed packaging that has been opened
 - Is an electrical part, a custom or cut-to-length item, or a Special Order
 - Was purchased more than 30 days earlier

Parts must be returned properly padded in a sturdy cardboard box. Returns sent in envelopes will be refused. Items damaged in transit to us cannot be refunded. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
